the trunk of a tree in the cemetery environs.  The inscription,
particularly the lower two thirds, is badly eroded.

"Tombstones and Memorial Inscriptions of Tasmania 2nd Edition 1999" (Tasmanian FamilyHis tory Society Inc.), Sarah and her
infant daughter, Jane, are buried together.  Presumably the stone,
prior to erosion, outlined Jane's details.
